Great Service

We wanted to write this letter to commend the behaviour and actions of a WB team member, Lee Heinke. We felt his energy and support went so far beyond our expectations to the extent we felt compelled to write this review.

Impressive quality

We have just reached lock-up stage, and have been very impressed with WBN throughout our build. With the intention of this being our forever home, we took a lot of time in the design stage, and were never rushed at all. Our designer Rod was fantastic in understanding our needs and coming up with a design that was functional for our family.

Third time building

We are in the final stages of construction, hand over in early March. We have built before with other builders, but by comparision WB are way ahead of their class. WB bench mark for the industry is unmatch by our previous builder.

Excellent customer liaison and communication from the early stage of the sale process through to handover and post completion rectification works(which were only minor,cosmetic in nature). Quality construction, workmanship with very good trades used contemporary design that has held its age very well and is still a very modern presenting prestige home.

A house everyone loves!

So happy with final result. Great design that completely responds to our family needs and huge street appeal. Have even had people knock on the door asking us about it. Kids have said we're never allowed to sell it! Really appreciated communication while under construction and felt there was genuine care in the finishing, particularly as we had coordinated some landscaping and pool works that were an added challenge.

Quality! All Class and Great Service

From design to completion, nothing was too much trouble. We wanted a specific design and got exactly what we wanted. We wanted a few changes during the build and these were done with minimal disruption to the build schedule. Now that we have moved in, we found a few minor issues, these were rectified quickly and professionally. Would definitely use W&B-N again.

Terrific service and quality from start to finish

We decided on WB Homes due to their quality of build, but were looked after from start to finish. Our Interior Design Consultant was great, she understood the look we were after and guided us on all our final selections. Peter Meek who was the Supervisor was always happy to answer any questions we had, and always made the time to meet us on site. Can't praise the staff enough for a fantastic home!

We have been very happy with the service that WBN provided us throughout our build. Rod Druce was fantastic in helping us design our new home giving us lots of great tip. the pricing structure is transparent and so you always know what to expect and there are minimal surprises. My build went unbelievably well. The staff were all great, supportive and so friendly. The building manager, Chris Davey, was fantastic. Nothing was ever too much bother, he was on site regularly, he gave us fortnightly phone calls to update us, and if we had any queries he responded immediately. I couldn't believe how good Webb and Brown-Neaves were!

First time building and enjoying the experience

We are in our early stages of the building process...the slab will be laid next week. The process so far has been brilliant - we're very impressed with Rod Druce (our building and design consultant) and Shelley Kierse (our pre-start consultant). We're very happy with the quick and thorough communication that all the WBN consultants have offered us. Both Rod and Shelley have also been very accommodating with meeting times as we're often changing things last minute due to our young children.

Never built before but WB making our custom home build easy and stress free so far

We are only in the initial stages of our building process with WB, but have been very impressed to date with Michael (our sales/building and design consultant) as well as Shelley (our pre-start liaison consultant). We are very impressed so far and look forward to continuing our custom build journey with WB.

Quality builder that goes the extra mile!

My experience with web & brown started off a little rocky but was handled professionally by the management team. Any issues during construction were addressed promptly & professionally by the building supervisor to ensure I was happy as a customer. Any questions that I had or information that I needed was no trouble for the client liaison contact. The workmanship of the tradesmen is of a high standard as you would expect from web & brown.

Beautiful home built by a fantastic company

The build process through WB was very well managed and I was always kept up to date on where I was at in the process and I had great communication with my Site Supervisor. I was very satisfied with the workmanship and could not fault the quality products that were installed throughout. All queries post construction have been dealt with in a fast timeframe and I would have no issue building with WB again!

When we decided to built our dream home we visited many display homes, then we meet Nick and we did not have to look any further. He was very knowledgeable and well informed on what was going on in the building industry. We expected building our first house to be difficult reading all the horror stories people have posted. Now that we are almost at the end of the build, I can tell you it was nothing but exhilarating. The builder was very accommodating, prestart was fantastic and WB had the best range of standard options letting us keep within budget.

They delivered on exactly what we had agreed upon at the start of the process and no more can be asked than that. Since moving in we have had no issues and found the workmanship to be perfect. Supervisor was very regular with communications and never missed a single fortnightly update. Our home was built to our exact specifications, what more can you ask for. The company was upfront on their pricing of variations and were honest at refunding even small amounts like removing half a square metre of aggregate.

Professional partnership of my project

As a first-time home builder, I did expect a couple stressed years, but working with WBN has been a much more enjoyable journey for me due to the very professional services they provided. I shortlisted WBN because the better quality of their display home, particular the smell of WBN display home is much better than any others.

Thus far the building phase has progressed according to the advised schedule. Trades have been professional and of high quality. The builder communicates well and small issues are resolved quickly and effectively. At this stage we have minimal complaints. Great Experience

This was our first build experience in over 37 years, we were very impressed with the display homes and consultation service provided to accommodate our requests. The whole build experience was managed very professionally, we were kept informed of build progress.

Good builder! Good staff!

The building process is smooth, the building is delivered on time and in good quality. The painter I got from elsewhere said the wall finish is good to be top 2 if not the best from what he has seen throughout the years of his paint work.
