Terms and Conditions

 

Eligibility

This promotion is available only on The Floreat and The Windsor home designs by Webb & Brown-Neaves (WB). All other home designs, inclusive of ‘custom’ designed homes are excluded from this promotion.

A client must enter a Preliminary Works Contract (PWC) with WB by 31st August 2024. In accordance with this PWC, the client must enter, execute through to completion, and meet all their obligations under an unconditional Building Contract.

 

 

 

General Terms & Conditions:

The price includes the below inclusions:

  1. Webb & Brown-Neaves’ specification to all eligible home designs as stated above.
  2. Internal painting to all walls (one colour) over and above the inclusion of internal doors, door frames, cornices, and ceilings as per WB’s specification to all eligible home designs as stated above.
  3. Your choice of elevations, from the three on offer per home design.
  4. Your choice of hardwood flooring or rectified tiles throughout living areas and stairs.
  5. Carpets to bedrooms, robes and studies as per the WB specification with 10mm underlay.

Other Terms & Conditions:

  1. Limitations to the extent of changes will apply. Discuss with your Building and Design Consultant for more information.
  2. Clients who require an alternative elevation to their home design, will be priced on application and is not included in the promotional price.
  3. Home elevation illustrations and photographs shown may depict features not included as standard features of the home designs or not supplied by Webb & Brown-Neaves including, but not limited to; feature brickwork/stone cladding, garden features, landscaping, planter boxes, retaining walls, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, barbeques, screens, exposed aggregate concrete, designer garage doors, water features, gates, fencing, letterboxes, tinted windows, light fittings, built-in furniture, furniture, window treatments, floor coverings and decorator items. Webb & Brown-Neaves does not supply swimming pools, pool decks and fencing.
  4. All items are to be selected from the Webb & Brown-Neaves standard collections. Nominated products are subject to alteration pending availability. In the event of non-availability, the nomination of an equivalent featured substitute is at the full discretion of Webb & Brown-Neaves in compliance with the Housing Industry Association contract. The 25-year structural warranty applies to the original purchaser. If the home is on-sold, the remainder of the 6-year statutory warranty applies to the new owner.
  5. Webb & Brown-Neaves reserves the right to alter both the promotional offer, terms and conditions and the duration of the promotional offer at any time.
  6. This promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer or discount unless authorised by WB Management.
  7. The promoter of this offer is ABN Residential WA Pty Ltd trading as Webb & Brown-Neaves (ABN 11 008 871 761) of 301 Vincent Street, Leederville WA 6007.

  3. Prior to being able to commence the works, Webb & Brown-Neaves is required to undertake preliminary works which may include, but not limited to:
    • Site Survey
    • Engineers reports and/or inspections
    • Title searches
    • Working drawings
    • Contract Preparation
    • Local government Planning and Building Permit applications
    • Prestart
    • Finance approval
    • Titles issues and land settled
    • General administration.
  4. The preliminary works outlined in item 3, cannot commence until the title to the Owner’s land has been issued and subdivisional civil works (including service installations) are completed.
  5. Webb & Brown-Neaves does not warrant, that the timeframes required to meet eligibility for all or some of the available grants can be met where delays are caused by external parties and/or the Owner.

Webb & Brown-Neaves has permission from the owner of the land to advertise the land for the price specified. The land price does not include transfer duty, settlement costs and any other fees or disbursements associated with the settlement of the land. DEFINITIONS:

Referrer: The Referred must be a new client of Webb & Brown-Neaves, not actively engaged with a Building Consultant at the time of the referral. A Referrer may be any member of the public and must not be a current employee within the ABN Group of Companies which include Webb & Brown-Neaves, Boutique Homes, Homebuyers Centre, Celebration Homes, Dale Alcock Homes, Dale Alcock Homes South West, Dale Alcock Home Improvements, Resolve Finance, Axiom Legal, Resolve Conveyancing, Resolve Finance Planning, Bluebay Home Loans, PACT Construction, The Maker Designer Kitchens, Boeing Plumbing, Ceiling Solutions, Hi Point Roofing and Concretus. Referred Buyer: The Referred Buyer must be a new client of Webb & Brown-Neaves, not actively engaged with a Building Consultant at the time of the referral.

REFERRAL FEES PAYABLE:

1. Referral Fee: $3,000 in total

2. The $3,000 will be paid to the Referrer by bank transfer upon the Referred Buyer’s home reaching ‘Ready to Start’ (RTS) stage. No referral is payable prior to this milestone being met.

ENTRY ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

3. To be eligible to receive the Referral Fee, the Referrer must: a) Refer a Friend to Webb & Brown-Neaves directly to a Webb & Brown-Neaves Building and Design Consultant, a Webb & Brown-Neaves Sales Manager or b) directly via the Referral Form, which can be accessed at www.wbhomes.com.au.

4. The Referred Buyer must advise Webb & Brown-Neaves of the person who referred them at the time of signing a PWC (Preliminary Works Contract). No referral details will be accepted after this point. 5. The Referral fee is non-transferable and is not offered in conjunction with any other referral incentive or program.

PRIVACY:

6. The responsibility of privacy rests with the Referrer. The Referrer must seek approval from the Referred Buyer before submitting their details to Webb & Brown-Neaves. Webb & Brown-Neaves will only act upon the information provided by the Referrer, by making contact with the Referred Buyer.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

7. No current employee of the ABN Group of Companies is eligible for this referral incentive.

8. The Webb & Brown-Neaves Refer A Friend Program is subject to change and may be altered at any time. Webb & Brown-Neaves Management decisions are final and cannot be contested.

9. There is no limit to the number of Referrals that can be generated by the same Referrer.

10. By submitting the Referral request, you are indicating acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Effective from 30th June 2022

Any new policy will be posted on our website at least fourteen (14) days prior to its taking effect.
