The advertised price of a house and land package in Perth does not generally include allowances for landscaping because this is very specific to each customers requirements. Some estate blocks may offer their own inclusions and offers when you buy land which is the exception to this rule. There is no set requirements for what a package must include, however at Webb & Brown-Neaves, all of our house and land packages in Perth will include the block of land, a realistic allowance for site works (subject to further survey and engineering clarification which can be completed once the land is purchased) and the home design you choose to build on it. A turnkey package is a complete house and land package in Perth that is designed, built and ready to move in. It’s a flexible term but generally includes the 5 main finishing items which are; flooring, internal wall painting, air conditioning and window treatments. We do not generally advertise our luxury house and land packages with these items included because whilst we can offer all of these items, a lot of customers choose to either do these themselves after handover or they personalise these items for us to quote once the design is confirmed.
