Webb & Brown-Neaves’ Personal Building Consultant, Ashlee Lawson, has a wealth of knowledge in design and construction thanks to her years of experience in the industry.
“I am a qualified Interior Designer with a background in graphic design, creative advertising and interior architecture. I utilise these skills everyday as a Personal Building Consultant, whether I’m helping a client decide an interior layout that suits them, or walking them through the steps in the building journey.”
Having worked in the industry for the past five years, Ashlee has gained an extensive understanding of the residential building industry and has developed a passion for helping clients bring their dream homes to life from start to finish.
“I have a real passion for design, architecture and beautiful homes and love to share this with my clients. I find joy in helping to bring my clients visions to life and see them move in to their dream homes. Being with my clients across all milestones including preconstruction selections, slab down and handover is truly the most rewarding part of my job.”
When not in the office you will find Ashlee out for walks along the beach and catching up with friends and family.

While Ashlee spends a lot of her day helping clients bring their personal styles to life in their new home her personal style leans towards the minimalist, textural Scandi design style.
“My personal style is largely Scandinavian based, with a modern/ minimaslist twist. I love a good use of natural textures and plenty of greenery to complete the Scandi vibe.”
Ashlee’s one piece of advice to clients going through the building journey is to stay calm and trust the process.
“We understand that the building journey can seem like a daunting process, but lean on your team, we’re here to take the stress out of it for you.”
