Three months after you’ve received the keys to your new Webb & Brown-Neaves home, our dedicated Service Team at Home Assist will contact you regarding your service and after care program for your new home. Our team at Home Assist are experts in home maintenance, giving you the ultimate peace of mind that your home is in the best hands.

WHAT IS HOME ASSIST?

Home Assist is a specialist division within the ABN Group that manages the service and after care of your new home.

WHAT IS COVERED UNDER HOME ASSIST?

Home Assist manages the full after care of your home.

This includes:

  • Warranty period work
  • Beyond warranty period work
  • Home maintenance and repairs

WHEN TO CONTACT HOME ASSIST?

  • Your building journey progresses from ‘Construction’ to ‘Service & After Care’ three months after you’ve received the keys to your new home and as such, you will seamlessly transition into the care of Home Assist at this stage.
