The architecture explores a contemporary interpretation of the mid-century coastal house, where material honesty, horizontal lines and a restrained palette of stone, timber and glazing establish a calm connection between the home and its coastal surroundings.

Orientation, natural ventilation and spatial efficiency shape the planning, allowing daylight and coastal breezes to move effortlessly through the home. Generous openings, layered screening and carefully positioned glazing maximise natural light while supporting thermal comfort, reducing reliance on artificial lighting and mechanical cooling.
