CONGRATULATIONS!

If you have signed your Lump Sum Building Contract between the 4th June, 2020 to 31st December, 2020, you may be eligible for the WA State Building Bonus and/or the Federal HomeBuilder Grant/s.

If you are eligible for both State and Federal Government Grants they can be applied for together via either of the links above.

WHAT SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED:

Here are some of the supporting documents that may be required with your application:

Builders Registration Certificate:

Provided as an attachment to your Contract.

Proof of Contract: Schedule of Particulars:

Two pages within your contract noting the Builder, Owners’ details, contract amount and your signatures.

Copy of Certificate of Title:

You would have obtained a copy of this this from your Settlement Agent or you can purchase online at Landgate.

Evidence of when construction commenced:

Will be emailed to you by Webb & Brown- Neaves within a few days of the requirements being met.

Payment Receipts:
(Copy of invoices & receipts showing first progress payment has been made to the Builder):

An invoice will be sent to you by our Accounts Department once your ground floor slab has been laid.
Within a few days of receiving payment, a receipt will be sent to you by our Accounts Department.

Where required – Evidence of Construction delay:
(Statement and evidence explaining reasons for delays in commencement of construction.)

Where there has been delays outside of yours and the Builder’s control, Webb & Brown-Neaves will provide a letter to you stating the reasons why. This will be provided to you once your job has moved into construction before the slab is poured. This is to be submitted with your application
