WARRANTIES AND SERVICE
Webb & Brown-Neaves provides a 25 year structural warranty and a 12 month maintenance service after the construction of your new home, giving you the peace of mind that we’re there, if you need us.
*If the home is on-sold, the remainder of the 6 year statutory warranty applies to the new owner.
